Who I am
I am L.A. Kendrix. I am a certified Christian life coach with over 20 years of civil service experience, including international operations management across 14 European countries. I have built programs from the ground up. I have led teams that supported over 600 personnel. I have lived in 10 states and 3 countries. And I have walked through enough transitions in my own life to know that clarity does not come from having all the answers. It comes from asking the right questions and being brave enough to move forward anyway.
My approach is grounded in faith, shaped by experience, and designed to meet you where you are. I do not believe in cookie-cutter solutions. I believe in customized coaching that honors your story, your strengths, and your season.

Every coaching relationship begins with a free consultation. This is where we talk about what you are navigating, what you need, and whether we are the right fit. If we are, I will walk you through the program options and we will decide together which one serves your goals best.

Soul Purpose Coaching is for women navigating life transitions, career changes, and the deep work of discovering their divine purpose. It is also for men seeking clarity on career transitions, life direction, finding purpose, and overcoming obstacles in personal and professional growth. This is faith-forward coaching rooted in the belief that God has already planted your purpose inside of you. My job is to help you uncover it, own it, and walk boldly into it.
I do not coach on marriage, relationships, or areas outside my expertise. What I do coach on is transition. Movement. The struggle of wanting more but not knowing where to start. The feeling of being called to something greater but not being able to name it yet. The weight of carrying gifts you have not fully stepped into. That is where I meet you.
Faith is central to how I coach, and while my foundation is Christian, I honor and respect clients from all spiritual paths who come seeking personal growth, clarity, purpose, and transformation.
